Welcome back friends! How did last week go for you? Were you able to stick with it and journal all 7 days? Hopefully these journal prompts will help you to reflect and find all the good things to be grateful for in your life! If you are in need of a happy place to write your joyful moments, visit my shop and pick up one of my new Joy Journals! I hope you will join me and share some of the joy you experience! Every week there will be 7 questions/ prompts listed, one for each day of the week. I recommend journaling for at least a whole page front and back if you can although some prompts will be simpler than others. Hopefully each question will lead you to find joy and will help you to be thankful!
Here are this weeks prompts:
- Write today’s journal entry as if it were 10 years in the future. Describe what your day is like and where you hope to be.
- Who do you admire most and why? What traits of their’s do you see in yourself?
- You just won the lottery!! What is your life like and how have you changed?
- What do you consider your greatest accomplishment in your life and why? Describe the challenges you overcame to get there.
- Describe your favorite family vacation.
- What are 3 things you would like to accomplish this year? Why are these things important to you? What is one thing you can do today to get you closer to those goals?
- what are 5 things you are thankful for this week and why?
By now I am sure you have noticed that each week one of the questions is to list things you are thankful for. It’s so easy to get caught up and forget how blessed we are! Taking the time to notice those things and truly be grateful for them really will bring you joy! This week I am thankful for my children, my health, a husband who pushes me to be my best, a house and food and water, and all of you! I hope you all have a wonderful and joyful week!
